My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, though equipped with a small kitchenette, looked tired and in need of a makeover, with cracked tiles and a worn-out door. The location, away from noisy areas, offered great views and proximity to local restaurants, but the hotel seemed unsure of its identity as a hotel or an apartment complex. The service was a hit or miss, with some staff extremely helpful while others were described as lazy and rude. The dining experience was a highlight with plenty of choices, and the facilities met expectations.

The rooms feature twin beds and a sofa bed but could use more storage for clothes and seating. The service is top-notch, with friendly and quick responses to room concerns, including a free upgrade. The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the river and a short distance to bars, restaurants, and the famous Praia da Rocha beach. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was equipped with facilities to chill snacks and drinks, and the ability to make hot drinks whenever we wanted was a real bonus. The view from our room overlooking the Marina was beautiful, especially with the cooking facilities available. The location was superb, just a short walk from the Marina, close to the beach, and with a convenient little shop nearby for all our needs. However, it may not be the best choice for young families.

The hotel offers rooms with large balconies, in need of renovation but bright, clean, and daily fresh towels. The service was exceptional, anticipating noise issues, surprising with champagne, and going above and beyond to meet our needs. The location is ideal for both beach and nightlife, away from noisy gatherings. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of options. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement in the room conditions.

Being away from the main party route added to the peaceful atmosphere. The ground floor room with a larger balcony than the first floor was a lovely touch.
